Freight broker prospecting
Build a shipper list from active US importers
Find companies that match the freight you want to move. Start with a commodity or HS code, then review recent-activity clues, source evidence, and relevant contact roles before your team starts outreach.
Evidence ledger
Know why a shipper is on the list
A company name alone is not a lead. LeadVeri keeps the qualification trail visible so a rep can decide what is confirmed, what is only a clue, and what still needs checking.
- Activity recency
- When a source shows import activity, the observed date stays attached to the company.
- Commodity match
- The result explains why the company fits your product description or HS-code clue.
- Source trail
- Evidence keeps its origin and source links so your team can inspect the claim.
- Contact role
- Public roles are checked for logistics, operations, procurement, or decision authority.
From market to call list
Research the lane before you pitch it
The first search is a brief, not a black-box list order. Review the market and product clues, confirm the plan, then keep only the companies supported by evidence.
- DefineName the commodity or HS code and any origin or territory clue.
- InspectReview why each importer or similar prospect matches the brief.
- PrioritizeUse activity, source strength, and role relevance to choose outreach.
- ExportTake the qualified company or contact list into your CRM workflow.
Qualification over volume
Do not buy another recycled freight lead spreadsheet
Static lists decay and rarely explain timing. Build a focused research set for the freight your team actually sells, then check the evidence before spending a call.

Shipper list questions
What is a shipper list?+
A shipper list is a set of companies likely to need freight services. LeadVeri builds a research list around the commodity or HS code you provide and keeps the evidence used to qualify each company, instead of selling a fixed contact file.
Can I search by commodity or HS code?+
Yes. Enter a product phrase, an HS code, or both. You can also add an origin market or US sales territory as a clue before reviewing the research brief in Buyer Finder.
Does every company have recent customs activity?+
No. Trade evidence depends on source coverage and is labeled when available. Similar prospects may come from public web evidence, and the result should not be treated as proof of an active shipment unless a dated trade source supports it.
Can freight brokers export the results?+
Yes. Buyer Finder can export discovered companies and contacts as CSV, with evidence and verification fields available in the research result before outreach.
